Renae Michelle Hebb, 56, of Walkersville, Maryland, passed from this life on Sunday, April 18, 2021 at her home in Walkersville, MD.

Born on February 10, 1965, in Okinawa, Japan she was the daughter of the late Donald Dixon and Akiko (Kojima) Dopp.

Renae graduated from Walkersville High School in 1983.  She worked a variety of  jobs at the former Comsat Labs in Clarksburg, MD.  She took on the role of caregiver for her nephews Christopher and Steven whom coined her nickname "Nae Nae" which extended to all the neighborhood kids Renae extended her arms to and cared for as if they were family.  The love she shared with those around her made an everlasting imprint on the hearts of everyone who were blessed to have her in their lives.  She loved selflessly, passionately and generously.  She enjoyed karaoke with her friends and would perform duets with her special friend David.  She loved crafting and in the last year, crochet.  She could be seen multiple times a day walking the neighborhood and visiting her friends with her four legged companion, Nellie.

She is survived by her sister, Marjorie Johnson, her nephew Christopher Johnson, his fiancee, Meagan O'Clair and their children, Adam, Mia and Colton, her nephew Steven Johnson, and faithful companion Nellie.  She also leaves behind many friends and special and supportive neighbors.
