Rebecca Holzman Garzone

On December 20, 2024, Rebecca (Becky) Holzman Garzone went to heaven after a brave battle with breast cancer. She was 50 years old. Becky loved the Lord, her family, and the many friends she stayed in contact with faithfully over the years. 

She worked as an Assistant Director for 48Live, the concert ministry of Bright FM. She helped bring Christian musicians, artists and speakers to venues in Baltimore and throughout the East Coast. Becky loved being able to connect people with the gospel of Christ through music and worship. She developed video production and technical skills while working at WMAR Channel 2, Crews Control, and Erickson Senior Living. She used those skills to serve as a supervisor at the Creation Festivals for over 20 years and on the tech team at Damascus Road Community Church. Her children brought her joy, and she was an avid fan at their football games, athletic events and impromptu concerts. Becky’s goal was to glorify God by sharing His love and encouraging others to follow Him. 

Becky is survived by her husband, Charlie, three beloved children, parents Chuck and Carol Holzman, sister Brenda Mangels (Karl), Aunt Carol and Uncle John Bronakoski, and cherished nephews and cousins.

Services will be held at Damascus Road Community Church on January 10, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Donations can be made to Bright FM in lieu of flowers.
