Mr. Raymond " Tink" Eldred Droneburg, 70, of Frederick, MD passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at the Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was the loving partner of the late Maudella Payne for over 30 years.
Born on November 28, 1943 in Frederick, MD he was the son of the late Norman Edward and Mary Elizabeth Hood Droneburg.
Tink worked in the construction industry as a Heavy Equipment Operator. One of his passions was being a member of the International Show Car, Southeastern Division. He loved spending time with his family. He will also be greatly missed by his friends at the Rosemont Ave. McDonald's where he would meet them daily for coffee.
He is survived by his daughter "Susie" of MD and 3 stepchildren Milton Payne and wife Misti of Leesville, SC, Terry Franklin of Emmitsburg, MD and Barry Payne and wife Linda of Emmitsburg, MD; grandchildren Nick Payne and fiance Tessa, Megan Taylor and husband Rodney of Lexington, SC, William "Willy" Bloyer; Tiffany Moffitt and husband Todd and Heather Payne and Joel Payne; great-grandchildren Paxton Payne, Josh and Aaliyah Moffitt and Savana and Phoenix Kuhn.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Sunday, July 13, 2014 from 2-4PM and Monday, July 14 from 10-11AM where a funeral service will begin at 11AM. Rev. Tim May will officiate.
Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
