Phyllis Willard

Phyllis Jean Draper Willard, 79, of Thurmont, Maryland, passed from this life on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Born on July 18, 1938, in Wigville, MD, she was the daughter of the late Worth Bagley Draper and Helen Grace (Lewis) Draper.
She is survived by her loving husband of 61 wonderful years, Morris Willard.
She was employed at Claire Frock for 10 years, then as a full time homemaker. Phyllis deeply loved her family and enjoyed taking care of her home.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Karen Stull and husband Steven of Walkersville, MD, Dr. Tom Willard and wife, Savon of Greensboro, NC., Randy Willard and wife Deidre of Jefferson, MD, and Michael Willard and wife Justine of Snohomish, WA. sister, Ruth Angleberger of Thurmont, MD., brothers, Maynard Worth Draper of Loris, SC, Carl Edward Draper of Clarendon, TX and Paul David Draper of Jamestown, TN. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Memorial services to be held this summer and will be announced later.
