Philip Anthony Larkin

Mr. Philip Anthony "Phil" Larkin, 71, of Frederick died Friday, July 13, 2018 at University of Maryland Medical Center. He was the loving husband of Janice Larkin for 47 years.

Born September 14, 1946 in Frederick, he was the son of the late Walter B. and Lula Ent McKenzie Larkin.

He was a concrete truck driver with Thomas, Bennett and Hunter (TBH) Inc., and retired on May 13, 2016.

Phil enjoyed going to car shows, working on his '71 Chevelle, and was always keeping busy with home improvement projects.

He loved spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two children, daughter Amy Manning and husband Donnie of Hagerstown; son Raymond Matthew Larkin and partner Richard Maxwell of Martinsburg, WV; siblings, Walter B. Larkin, Jr. of Florida, Wayne Larkin and wife, Carol, of Frederick, Warren Larkin and wife, Carole, of Frederick; and Monica Jones and husband, John, of Frederick; close and special friends, Delton and Pam Brickhouse, and Donnie and Betty Leatherman; brother-in-law, R. Jeff Davis and wife, Heather, of Frederick; grand fur babies, Solomon, Teagan, and Nickles; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 25 from the funeral home chapel with Rev. Tim May officiating.

Interment will be private.
