Penny (Dail) Cline

Born on July 20, 1943 in Washington D.C., she was the daughter of the late Frank and Virginia (Hanger) Dail.

Penny attended Richard-Montgomery High School in Rockville.

Penny and her husband owned and operated Antique Partners in Boonsboro for more than twenty years.  She was also an important part of the family weaving business as well as a homemaker.

When not spending time with the family or working at the antique shop, Penny enjoyed playing bingo.

Penny is survived by her loving and devoted husband of thirty-one years, Michael Cline of Boonsboro; two daughters, Debbie Leyh and her husband, Dean of Hagerstown and Brenda Dail of Boonsboro; a son, Don Howe of Boonsboro; a step-daughter, Stacey Wright and her husband, Dave of Boonsboro; a step-son, Dwayne Cline of Washington D.C.; two sisters, Ginette Farrell and Roxye Marshall; and brother, Daniel Wetsel.   She is also survived by three grandchildren, Dustin Howe, Tiffany and Craig Semler; two step-granddaughters, Amber and Ashley Wright; and three great-grandchildren, Jason Saunders, Jr., Brady Howe, and Landen Semler.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Jean Davidson.

A funeral ceremony will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 31, 2012 at the Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro, Maryland.  The Rev. Joseph I. Donovan, III will officiate.  Final resting-place ceremonies will follow at Boonsboro Cemetery.

Family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 30, 2012 at the funeral home.  Penny's request was that everyone please come in casual attire to the viewing and service.
