Peggy Ann Emswiler

Peggy Ann Emswiler, 81, of Frederick, Maryland, passed from this life on Thursday, October 27, 2022, in Frederick, Maryland.

Born on April 23, 1941, in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late Fannie Miller and Cletus “Pete” Miller.
Peggy attended Sherwood High School in Sandy Springs, MD. She enjoyed reading, working puzzles and doing crafts.  She was vigilant at sending birthday and anniversary greetings.
Peggy retired from BAE Systems after over 31 years as an administrative assistant. 

She is survived by her daughters; Shelley Bishop and Debbie Emswiler; grandchildren; Wes (Julie) Bishop and Stephanie, great-grandchildren; Maci Bishop and Landon Bishop; and sister Edna Miller. 

A graveside service and interment will take place at 11 AM on Thursday, November 10, at Prospect United Methodist Church Cemetery, 5923 Woodville Road, Mt. Airy, MD 21771.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to SOAR (Supporting Older Adults Through Resources) or Frederick County Fire Department (United Steam Fire Engine Co 3)
