Mrs. Pauline Frances Wiles Flohr Nicodemus, 83, of Frederick, MD, died Saturday, October 25, 2008 at the Glade Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was the daughter of John Grayson and Ruth Rebecca Main Wiles.
Pauline was a charter member of Peace in Christ Lutheran Church of Walkersville the Samaritan Rebekah Lodge #51 of Frederick joining in 1991. She served as nobel grand two terms also served in many offices in the lodge as well as the past nobel grand association in many offices.
She was also a member of the Citizens Nursing Home Auxiliary.
She was also a foster parent for many years for social services and caregiver for people at the same time.
Pauline retired from American Optical, and also worked at Peter Pan Inn, Bettys Restaurant and the Donut Shop.
She is survived by four children Richard Jones and wife Mary, Kathy Hudnall and husband Jerry, Randy Grayson Flohr and Cheryl Kay Burkett and her very special son-in-law Earl., There are 9 grandchildren Kristen Schutte, Maren Mooney and husband Joseph, Jodie Elswick and husband Hank, Hershell Justice and wife Tammy, Terri Justice, Daniel and Jeramy Flohr, Jonathan and Kayla Burkett, seven great-grandchildren Mitchell, Nathan and Madlyn Schutte, Shelby Justice, Joshua Elswick, Kasey Mullins and Keegan Justice. 3sisters Patricia Ann, Grace and Madeline. She will also be remembered by many special friends.
She was preceded in death by a sister Audrey.
Visitation: The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Wednesday, October 29, from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m.
Services:
Services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, October 30 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Joseph Eggleston officiating.
Entombment Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
