Mrs. Pauline E. Hamilton, 86, of Frederick, Maryland, passed away Saturday, July 19, 2014 at the Kline Hospice House. She was the wife of the late Benjamin C. Hamilton.
Born October 1, 1927 in Ahoskie, NC, she was the daughter of the late Charlie and Ella Burton Lassiter.
Mrs. Hamilton loved spending time with her family, her dogs Cloie , Benji and recently passed Angel, cooking, gardening and working crossword puzzles.
She is survived by her children Wayne Hamilton and wife Rita, Rebecca Crigger and husband Buddy, Sr., Joyce Carol Ganz, Robert Hamilton and wife Diane and David Hamilton and wife Doreen, 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 3 great- great grandchildren. Many nieces and nephews also surive. She will also be remembered by her many friends. She was preceded in death by 12 brothers and sisters.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 East Ridgeville Boulevard, Mt. Airy on Friday, July 25, from 10 am until service time at 11:00 am.
Interment Parklawn Cemetery, Rockville.
