Mrs. Paula Kay Stine, 62, of Frederick, Maryland, died Saturday, March 3, 2012 at the Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of Wayne L. Stine, Sr.
Born October 30, 1949 in Frederick, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Richard C. and Catherine B. King Kline.
Paula was raised by her grandmother Pearl King. She graduated in 1967 from Linganore High School and went on to work at Pantry Pride and K-Mart for many years, retiring from the Rockville Court House. Mr. Stine would like to thank Giant Eagle, Jerry Grosnickle, Tommy Nikirk, his neighbor Janet Jones and the girls in the office at 1421 Taney Avenue for all their help.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children Matthew Stine and Laura Barnes both of Hagerstown, and stepson Wayne Stine, Jr., grandchildren Cody Barnett, Raven Barnett, Dillon Barnett, Jordyn Stine and Autumn Stine, step-grandson Allen Cody, sisters Wanda Scott of Knoxville, Tina Osbourne of Hagerstown and brother-in-law Tommy Osbourne. Several nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by a sister Debbie White.
