Paula Niznan

Paula Niznan, 91 of Frederick, MD passed away on Thursday, March 26 at Heartfields Assisted Living. She was the wife of the late Rudolph Niznan.
Born October 30, 1917 in Bronx, New York she was the daughter of the late James and Concetta Romano.
She was a member of St. Timothy's Roman Catholic Church in Walkersville, MD. She previously volunteered at Oak Crest in Baltimore, MD.
She is survived by her three children, Janice Thomas and husband Leroy of Ft. Pierce, Rudy Niznansky and wife Diana of Walkersville and Neal Niznan and wife Marcia of Upper Darby, PA, six grandchildren, Jaime Mackercher, Jody Mackercher, Katie Niznansky, Jonathan Niznansky, Teresa Niznan and Matthew Niznan, three great grandchildren and her sisters, Sandee Denove, Helen Perry, Corinne O'Donnell and Gloria Eagan.
She will also be remembered by her care giver and special friend, Sonia Godoy and a special friend, MJ Kirsch.
She is preceded in death by two brothers, Rocky Romano and Neal Romano.
Visitation: The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 40 Fulton Ave., Walkersville, on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 from 7:00-9:00 PM.
Services:
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, April 1 at 11:00AM at St. Timothy's Roman Catholic Church 8651 Biggs Ford Road Walkersville, MD with Father Andy Aaron officiating.
Interment will be on Friday at Christ the King Cemetery in Franklin Lakes, NJ.
