Paul Eugene Cantrell

Paul Eugene Cantrell passed away in Frederick, MD, on June 30th, 2023, from natural causes. 
He leaves behind his daughter and niece, four nephews, and his sister and brother. He also leaves behind a community of people who adored him.

 He was an avid gardener and had an unyielding love for the cosmos. A child of the Space Race, Paul's favorite pastime was building model rockets and firing them into the sky with his girls and, eventually, his beloved grandnephew. His sister and brother were his rocks. He fiercely loved his family and his family will fiercely love him forever and always. 

The family will hold a viewing on Thursday, July 6, at Stauffer Funeral Homes in Fredrick, MD, from 4-8 p.m. Paul's family and friends will host a celebration of life at Pinecliff Park in Frederick, MD, on Friday, July 7, from 12-8:00 p.m., picnic shelter #4. There will be outdoor grilling, laughter, and model rockets - Paul's definition of a perfect day.
