Patricia Mary Von Den Bosch, recently departed her loving family on May 28th 2021. She passed peacefully at home with her family at her side.
Patricia was lovingly known as Pat, Patsy, Mom and Nanny. She was an incredible mother, grandmother, sister, wife and friend. She was 85 years old when she passed and is survived by her loving sister, Jacqueline (Jackie) Helen Creel and was previously predeceased by her loving husband, Frank "Pops" Von Den Bosch; and brother, Raymond (Ray) Carroll.
Pat also leaves behind eight children, Deborah Kraft and husband, Bob, Casey Robison and wife, Carol, Douglas Robison and companion, Laurie, Denise Roecker (predeceased) and husband, Jim, Jeff Robison and wife, Janet, Rene Stewart and husband, Charlie, Louis Von Den Bosch, Jr. and wife, Donna, Danny Von Den Bosch and wife, Trish; as well as 15 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Pat was part of the Red Hatters group where she and Frank met many friends and made many memories. They could often be found mingling at the Plum Crazy diner. Pat was witty and smart, constantly doing crossword puzzles and playing Solitaire. She was the matriarch of the family and opened her arms, home and heart to everyone she met whether family or foe. Pat and Frank's love was immeasurable and timeless and while serving overseas Frank wrote daily love letters to Pat early in their relationship. She loved Elvis and would often sing his songs to Frank while driving. They would have celebrated 50 years of marriage together this past January 2021. Pat will finally join her husband, the love of her life, in eternity. The loss of Pat will leave an immense hole in the hearts of her family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Friday, June 4, 2021 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 East Ridgeville in Mt. Airy, MD.
A celebration of Patricia's life journey will take place at 11:30 am on Friday, June 4, 2021, at Stauffer Funeral Home in Mt. Airy with Rev. Tim May officiating. Final resting place ceremonies will be held at Glen Haven Memorial Park in Glen Burnie, MD.
In lieu of flowers, family requests contributions be made to Carroll Hospice. Arrangements have been entrusted to Stauffer Funeral Home in Mt. Airy.
