Patricia Soper

Patricia A. Soper, 83, of Keymar, MD, passed away on March 23, 2018 at Glade Valley Nursing Center. She was wife of the late Thomas Frank Soper, whom passed away in 2011.
Born on November 8, 1934 in Woodsboro, she was the daughter of the late Truman and Kathryn Leakins. Patricia worked at Frederick Memorial Hospital as a medical secretary for 16 years. She was a member of Johnsville United Methodist Church. Patricia enjoyed collecting antiques, especially those with pansies. Patricia is survived by her son, Mike Soper and four nieces.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her sister, Geraldine Hoyt.
The family will receive friends from 10-11am on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at Stauffer Funeral Homes, P.A., 1621 Opposumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702. The funeral service will begin at 11am at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Union Chapel Cemetery.
