Patricia Dahms

Patricia Mae (Dailey) Dahms, 87, of Frederick, Maryland and formerly Riverside, California, passed away peacefully on September 4, 2018 at Ballenger Creek Center. She was the beloved wife of 68 years to Dean Dahms.

Born on December 3, 1930 in Platteville, Wisconsin, she was the daughter of the late Laura and Virgil Dailey. Patricia graduated from the University of Wisconsin, and went on to attain her Master’s Degree at the University of California at Riverside, where she became the Head of Teacher Education, specializing in reading and education programs. In addition to her commitment to her career and family, Patricia loved fashion and as well as being a part of many charitable organizations including the Art Alliance in Riverside. She enjoyed being social, hosting and attending galas and various social events.

She is survived by her loving husband, Dean, her daughter, Kimberly (Dahms) Klarmann and son-in-law George Klarmann Jr.

She was preceded in death by her only sister, Betty Iverson, earlier this year.

The family will celebrate Patricia’s life with a service at 3pm on Friday, September 14, 2018 at Stauffer’s Funeral Home, and will receive friends following the service until 6pm. Address: 1621 Opossumtown Pk. Frederick, MD. 21702.

Inurnment will be in the main building mausoleum at 10am on Saturday, September 15th at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
