Patricia Baker

Mrs. Patricia Ann Baker nee Staken 54, of Frederick, MD passed away Friday, February 16, 2018 at her home from a lengthy illness. She was the beloved wife of Ray Baker for 23 years.

Born December 24, 1963 in Chicago, IL she was the daughter of James and Lillian (Daro) Staken.

Patricia graduated from Brookside High school in 1982 in Sheffield, Ohio. She grew up in Sheffield Lake, Ohio. She worked for the CIA in Virginia, ran a day care and was a homemaker for many years. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed camping, traveling and shopping. The Bakers are members of Emmanual Alliance Church on Ladd Lane in Frederick.

Patricia was a beautiful and loving person who always put her family first. She was a very kind and a gentle soul to everyone she touched. She was loved many and will be missed by all.

In addition to her husband,Ray she is survived by (mother Lillian Staken, sisters Connie Vance (Staken), Sandra Lewis (Staken), Susan Horvath (Staken) brother Terry Staken. Children Jason Martincak, Tara Glenn (Martincak), Adam Baker who is currently serving in the US Army, grandchildren Alyssa and Logan Glenn and many nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her father James Staken.

The family will receive friends at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702 on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 from 5-6PM where a funeral service will begin at 6PM.

Burial Services will be held on Thursday, February 22nd 12:00 pm at United in Christ Lutheran Church 1875 Churches Road, Lewisburg PA 17837.
