Ms. Pamela Ann "Pam" King, 48, of Walkersville, died unexpectedly at her home on Monday, February 25, 2013.
Born April 1, 1964 in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the daughter of William and Eleanor King of Wexford, PA.
Pam moved to the Walkersville 27 years ago when she began her exciting career in national security. She traveled to many places and most notably, her trip to Hawaii with her mother. Her job also landed Pam in England for three years.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a nephew, William Matthew King; a niece, Emily Kay King; and a sister-in-law, Kimberly Kay Pettis-King, all of Pittsburgh.
Pam was predeceased by her brother, William W. King, III.
Her family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Stauffer Funeral Homes, P.A., 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick.
Additional visitation with a funeral service will be held next week at Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home in Cranberry Twp, Pa.
