Orpha R. Zimmerman

Mrs. Orpha R. Zimmerman, 89 of Frederick, MD., formerly of Middletown, died Monday, December 14, 2009 at the Glade Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late William R. Zimmerman.
Born October 19, 1920 in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Paul S. And Mary Alice Wiles Rudy.
Mrs. Zimmerman was a member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. She was employed as a switchboard operator for F.C.N. B. Before her retirement.
She is survived by two sisters Charlotte Aholt of Frederick and Ruth May of Norwich, NY, one special niece Daphne Gough of Frederick and other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Homer P. Jess Palmer in 1962, her daughter Jessica P. Palmer and a sister Maxine Rudy.
