Mrs. Olivia Naomi Droneburg, 92, of Frederick, MD went with the Lord at her residence on Tuesday, October 9, 2012. She was the loving wife of Claude H. Droneburg, Sr. He preceded in her in death after 53 years of marriage.
Born on December 23, 1919 in Frederick County she was the daughter of Walter and Emma Federline.
Mrs. Droneburg retired from Air Pax and North American Phillips. She enjoyed making quilts at home as well as gardening flowers. Mrs. Droneburg was the loving mother of Claude H. Droneburg, Jr. of Frederick, Wanda Shewbridge of Brunswick and Rosa Lee Myers of Frederick. She is also survived by her three step children Robert H. Droneburg and wife Cathy of Boonsboro, MD, Kenneth E. Droneburg and wife Sharon of Thurmont and Diana Funk of Frederick.
She was preceded in death by one sister Catherine Berlin and five brothers Charles E. Federline, Albert Federline, Richard Federline, Calvin Federline Sr Melvin Federline, Sr.. and Thomas Federline, Sr. Olivia was also the devoted grandmother of numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Friday, October 12, 2012 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM where a funeral service will be held Saturday, October 13 at 3 PM. Pastor Joe Sheedy will officiate.
Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
