Olga Yusko

Olga M. Yusko , 93, of Frederick, Maryland, passed from this life on Thursday, May 18, 2017 surrounded by her family.

Born on August 16, 1923, in Coaldale, PA, she was the daughter of Anthony  Paslawasky and Mary  Durich. She graduated from Coaldale High School in 1941, married the love of her life  and moved to Washington D.C. to start their life together.  Olga was the wife of the late Ernest Yusko for 64 years.  She retired after 25 years as a credit manager for Sears.She was very active in the Frederick Senior Citizens community and had made many dear lifelong friends before moving to Citizens Retirement Community where she will be remembered dearly.

She is survived by daughters, Suzanne Yusko and  Carolyn (Gary) Judd.  She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, sisters, Mary Dirnberger and Dorothy (Joe) Weist and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Olga will be remembered by many loving and dear friends (her extended) in Frederick.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at St. TImothy Roman Catholic Church, 8651 Biggs Ford Road in Walkersville, MD.

A celebration of Olga's life journey will take place at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, May 23, 2017, at St. TImothy Roman Catholic Church, 8651 Biggs Ford Road in Walkersville, MD.   Msgr. Richard Murphy will officiate.  Interment will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens in  Frederick, MD.

Memorial donations may be made in her name to Hospice of Frederick County, 516 Trail Avenue Frederick, MD 21702 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
