Norman E. Schuetze
July 17, 1927 — February 19, 2010
Mr. Norman E. Schuetze, 82 of Frederick, MD., died Friday, February 19, 2010 at Sanctuary At Holy Cross Burtonsville. He was the husband of Geraldine (Gerry) Powers Schuetze.
Born July 17, 1927 in Washington, D. C., he was the son of the late William and Irma Poole Schuetze.
Mr. Schuetze served his Country in the US Navy and retired from TRW in 1990, as Service Manager. He was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church. Norman enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, traveling, and always enjoyed the yearly gatherings with the Patrol Craft Sailors Association.
In addition to his wife he is survived by three daughters Debra Long and husband Wayne of Laurel, MD., Diane Farrow and husband Timothy of Cary,NC., and Donna Edmonds and husband Scott of Ellicott City, MD., his grandchildren Caitlin Long, Christine Long, Kevin Farrow, Leigh Ann Farrow, Kyle Ramsay, Karen Ramsay and step grandchildren Whitney Edmonds, Erin Edmonds and Gregory Edmonds, and his brother William Schuetze and wife Dorothy of Gainesville, VA
Visitation: The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD on Friday, February 26, from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m
Services:
Services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday February 27, at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. James Swecker officiating.
