Mrs. Norma Faye ( Barberi ) Smith, 75, of Frederick, died on Thursday,October 30th, 2008 at Frederick Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by her husband of 57 � years Kenneth L. Smith.
Born on December 2, 1932 in Pensacola, FL she was a daughter of the late Frank J. and Emma C. (Thompson ) Barberi.
Mrs. Smith attended Jehovah's Witnesses Frederick Congregation.
She devoted her life to her family and home.
Norma Faye was a talented artist known for her paintings in acrylics and oils. She had an appreciation for nature and loved all of Gods creatures.
Surviving beside her husband are five children; Brenda Faye Balazs and husband Jim, Cindy Joy Kolan and husband Al, Deborah Louise Mueller and husband David, Jeffery Lee Smith and wife Pamela and Gregory Lynn Smith and wife Anne, ten grandchildren; Stephen and Ken Bennett, Ericka and Stephanie Smith, Alyssa, James, Kathryn and Grant Balazs, Joshua and Michael Smith, three great-grandchildren;
Brianna, Ian and James Bennett.
She will also be remembered by a special friend Phil Bennett and her numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and five sisters.

Services:
Memorial services will be held at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, on Sunday, November 2nd, at 6:30 p.m. with Mr. Don Moser speaking.
Family will receive friends one hour prior to services.
