A resident of Carroll County in the Mt. Small in stature yet mighty in spirit and devotion to the Catholic faith, Norma is remembered for her sunny smile and uplifting presence.  Most recently she loved being on the go, ready for each day's adventures, donned in her trademark pink sneakers, brightly colored outfits and matching accessories.  She leaves a lifelong legacy of service to her family, friends and community, including much time and energy volunteered to the Mt. Airy Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.
