Mrs. Noreen C. Gass, 88, of Frederick, MD passed away Thursday, January 8, 2015 at Citizens Care & Rehab. She was the wife of the late George J. Gass.
Born August 8, 1926 in Orange, NJ she was the daughter of the late Joshua R. and Izabella Kronski Fletcher.
She is survived by her children Maureen Smith and husband Gerald of Monrovia and Michael J. Gass of Washington State; brother Joshua Fletcher and wife Joan of Toms River, NJ; sister Barbara Via; two sister-in-laws Dorothy Gass and Mary Lou Bristol both of Richmond, VA; daughter-in-law Jeanette Gass of Taneytown; grandchildren Richard Vininski, Amanda DiNapoli and husband Michael, Jenna Clark and husband Patrick, Kevin Gass, Brian Madden and Travis Gass and five great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her sons George L. Gass and Donald R. Gass and her two sisters Bernice Demarinis and Georgiana Fleming.
There will be no services, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Red Cross, Frederick Co. Chapter, 2 E. Frederick St., Box 186, Walkersville, MD 21793.
