Mrs. Nancy Lee Staley Little passed from this life to her eternal life on February 9, 2011 at her home. She was born July 23, 1933 in Frederick, MD. She was the daughter of the late Orvis Marion Staley and Margaret Catherine Besst Staley Knill. She was the wife of the late Ralph John Little, Jr.
Nancy was a lifelong member of the All Saints Episcopal Church, where she served for 10 years as Junior Warden. She was the past President and Vice President of the St. Mary’s Chapter of All Saints and the past president of the Soroptimist Club. She served on the board of Advocates for the Homeless and is a member of the Frederick Memorial Hospital Volunteer Services.
She is survived by her son Eric, his wife Jennifer and grandchildren, Cassidy Little and Jamey Ball of Frederick.
Sister, Holly Knill, nieces, Cate and Ginny Deane and grandniece, Johnnie Paige Deane. Knoxville
Sister, Sunora Jane Wilbar, husband, Jim, niece Molly (Texas) nephews, Evan, Nick and James, Walkersville.
Sister, Olivia Wagge, husband Gary and children, Dianne, Matthew and Timmy, Frederick. Sister, Janice Neal, husband, Kenny, Frederick. Stepmother, Mary Routzahn Staley, Frederick.
Nephews, Geoffrey diBrandi, California and Paris diBrandi, New Hampshire.
She will be fondly remembered by dear friends, Charles and Linda Lawson and Scott and Cindy Fagan.
She is predeceased by her uncle, the Reverend, Dr. Herman diBrandi, aunt, Daphne diBrandi, niece Penelope diBrandi and nephew, Ronnie Kaempf.
Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her granddaughter, Cassidy, great niece Johnnie and her cats, Preston and Prissy.
Funeral services will be held February 12, 2011 at 11:00am at the All Saints Episcopal Church 106 W. Church St. Frederick, MD., officiated by the Reverend Thomas S. Rodgers.  Nancy will be interred alongside of her husband at the All Saints Columbarium in the Memorial Garden.
A reception in the Parish Hall will be held immediately following the ceremony.
Contributions may be made in her memory to the St. Mary’s Chapter, All Saints Episcopal Church 106 W. Church St. Frederick, MD. 21701.
May she rest in peace and know that she will be forever remembered with love.
