Mrs. Louise Cooke

Mrs. Louise L. Cooke, 90, of Frederick died peacefully on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at Homewood at Crumland Farms. She was the loving wife of the late Earl C. Cooke, Jr. , who predeceased her in July of 2008.
Born October 2, 1924 in Forestville, MD, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Grace Ogle Krause.
Louise was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by two daughters, Brenda Simmons of Thurmont, and Janet Pallas-Dudley and husband, Leon, of Clarksville; five grandchildren, Stephanie, Eric, Adam, Eddie and Chrissy; eight great-grandchildren; and a brother, Harry McDougall of Tennessee.
Louise was predeceased by a sister, Lois Ryan.
A memorial service will begin at 1 p.m. on Monday, December 8, 2014 at Trinity United Methodist Church, 703 West Patrick St., Frederick, with Rev. Lynn Wilson officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 4217 Park Place Ct., Glen Allen, VA 23060-3315.
