Mrs. Hazel M. Putman

Mrs. Hazel M. Putman, 81, of Rocky Ridge died on Saturday April 3, 2010 at her home. She was the wife of the late Gailord E. Putman Jr. who died on September 1, 2003.
Born on September 11, 1928 in Detour, MD., she was the daughter of the late James and Ethel Shelton Few.
She was a graduate of Walkersville High School. She was an avid bingo player and enjoyed crocheting. She was a member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in Ladysburg.
Surviving are five children; Freeda A. Toms and husband Gene, Jan Eccard and husband Mark Raybin, Fay Guariglia and husband Eddie, Roy Putman Sr., and wife Eleanor and John Putman and wife Donna all of Maryland. 14 Grandchildren and 17 Great grandchildren. One sister Mary Isangloe of Thurmont. She was preceded in death by one granddaughter Hope Guariglia along with 6 brothers and 5 sisters.
Visitation: There will be no visitation or public services.
Services: Interment and services will be held privately at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick. Pallbearers will be Alan Toms, Aaron Toms, Benjamin Toms, Chris Putman, Crystal Woods, Roy Putman Jr., Lucas Putman, Michael Guariglia and Kyle and Jeremy Eccard.
