Marietta June (Clopper) Haynes, 87, of Rohrersville, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Christmas Day, Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at the Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown, surrounded by her family.

She was a 1943 graduate of Boonsboro High School.

In her early working career, June was employed by the Hagerstown Shoe Factory. Later, June would be one of the first employees of the Londontown Manufacturing Company in Boonsboro, where she retired after twenty-two years of dedicated service.
In June's spare time, she loved being with her family and bowling with her friends on the Senior Bowling League; and was able to bowl up until this past spring. She also loved watching the hummingbirds at the feeder outside her window. The one thing that brought the biggest smile to her face was her great-grandson, Graeme. She loved watching him grow and learn new things every day.

Haynes of Boonsboro; a daughter, Cathy and her husband, Charles (Tim) Fauble of Rohrersville; a granddaughter, Stacey L. Jarcy of Hagerstown; two grandsons, Christopher R. Fauble and his wife, Jeanette Wolfe of Boonsboro and Charles Jason Fauble (her Jaybird) of Rohrersville; one great-grandson, Graeme Wolfe Fauble, who put a sparkle in her eye; and her two grand dogs, Maggie and Onnie. She is also survived by a niece, Sue Kershner of Hagerstown; and a nephew, Kim Houser of Baltimore.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Jane Houser.
