Miles C. Clemons

Mr. Miles C. Clemons, 69 of Mt. Airy, died Monday November 24, 2008 at University of Maryland Hospital, Baltimore, MD. He was the husband of Janice M. Clemons.
Mr. Clemons was born July 2, 1939 in Montgomery County, Maryland. He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Eunice Lantz Clemons.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his daughters: Sherri Shaw, Wendy Friend and her husband Richard all of Middletown, MD; brothers: Daniel of Silver Spring, MD, Alvin of Damascus, MD, and Thomas, of Florida; sisters: Deloris Douglas of West Virginia, and Judi Girr of North Palm Beach, FL,; 5 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation: The family will receive friends at Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 E. Ridgeville Blvd., Mt. Airy, MD, on Sunday, November 30th, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Services: Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 1, at Prospect United Methodist Church, 5923 Woodville Road, Mt. Airy, at 11:00 a.m. The Reverend Vicki Curry will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
