Mrs. Mildred E. Wilson, 70, Mt. Airy, died on Friday December 3, 2010, at her home. She was the wife of Daniel D. Wilson, Jr.
Born on December 21, 1939 in Downsville, MD. She was the daughter of the late Clarence and Gladys Harbaugh Mallott.
She was a member of Prospect United Methodist Church, VFW and Auxiliary member of the American Legion.
Surviving in addition to her husband are her children, Michelle Bajjani of Atlanta, GA, Debra West of Madison, MD., Patricia Wilson of Mt. Airy, Barbara Comfort of Mt. Airy and Daniel Wilson III and wife Angie of Ranson, WV. Brothers, Edward Mallott of Hagerstown and Eugene Mallott of Myrtle Beach, SC. Sisters, Betty Shrader of Hagerstown and Barbara Middleton of Mt. Airy. Also survived by 14 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother Harry Mallott.
Visitation will be held from 3-5 & 7-9pm on Tuesday December 7, at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 East Ridgeville Blvd, Mt. Airy where funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday December 8, in the Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Vicki S. Curry will officiate. Interment will follow in Prospect Church Cemetery.
