Michael "Mike" Troupe

Michael G. "Mike" Troupe, 63, of Boonsboro, MD, died Friday, October 28, 2016 at Julia Manor Health Care Center.
Born January 9, 1953 in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late Lewis G. and Freeda E. Smith Troupe.
He graduated from Boonsboro High School Class of 1971.
Mike retired from Aeroflex/Weinschel, Inc. in Frederick as a quality control specialist.
He was a member of New Covenant Fellowship Church in Boonsboro. He was a sports enthusiast, a Redskins fan and loved to watch Nascar.
Mike is survived by his two daughters, Sarah N. Lloyd and husband, Zach, of Boonsboro and Katelyn P. Troupe of Winchester, VA; and his two granddaughters, Ryleigh and Kayden.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro and one hour prior to services Wednesday at the church.
A Celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 2nd at New Covenant Fellowship Church near Boonsboro with Rev. Richard Rutherford, Jr. officiating.
