Mr. Michael Joseph Tyeryar, 50, of Falling Waters, WV passed away suddenly on Thursday, December 3, 2009, in Martinsburg, WV, from injuries sustained from a tragic motorcycle accident.
Born on April 27 1959, in Frederick, he was the son of the late Edward Arold Gus and Louise Jane Tootie Shafer Tyeryar.
For the past 19 years he was a loyal employee of Griffith Energy, formerly Ewing Oil. Prior to that he owned and operated All Season Lawn Service for 15 years. Mike was a 1977 graduate of Thomas Johnson High School.
He loved spending time with his family and friends, and in his short life, reached out and touched many peoples heart. Mike enjoyed working, boating, learning new water sports and playing with his dogs, Chelsea and Sparky.
Most of all he enjoyed helping others and most people would refer to him as the nicest guy they ever met, and they would be telling the truth.
Surviving are 2 children: Jacob Tyeryar and Jessica Tyeryar and fiance Joshua McKenzie all of Falling Waters, WV; a sister, Patti Tyeryar Naille and husband John of Frederick; nieces: Amber Thompson and Kendra Koehl of Frederick.
He will also be sadly missed by his beloved girlfriend, Nelana Cole, who brought special joy to his life, also of Falling Waters.

Services:
The family will receive friends from 12:30-2:00 PM on Monday, December 7, at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick where a memorial services will begin at 2:00 PM
Interment will be private.
