Michael Joseph Miller

Michael Joseph Miller, 69, of Sabillasville, Maryland, passed from this life on Tuesday, February 11, 2025.

Born on March 12, 1955, in Thurmont, MD, he was the son of the late James Robert Miller and Mary Jean (Knott) Miller. Michael was a graduate of Catoctin High School, class of 74. He worked at Moore Business Forms and RR Donnelley, for 44 years.

He was a member of the Sons of AMVETS, and the Blue Ridge Sportsmen's Association. Michael enjoyed being outdoors, where he would hunt and fish, he loved fixing anything, also loud engines and loud music were some of his favorites. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Patricia A. Hubbard Miller, two sons, Michael D. Miller and Christopher M. and Lori Matthews Miller, granddaughter Olivia Miller, grandsons Foster, and Gage Miller. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Susan L. Miller and two nephews, Shane P. Miller and David W. Kreit, and in-laws Roland and Jane Knox Hubbard.

Mike is also survived by his siblings; James and Debbie Miller of Woodsboro, MD, Fran and Pete Morrow of Norfolk, VA, Bonny and Wayne Keeney of Fairfield, PA, Teresa Miller of Frederick, MD, Sandy and Mike Rosensteel of Hanover, PA, Douglas Miller of Gettysburg, PA, and Nancy and Kevin Cogan of Emmitsburg, MD. brother-in-law Charles Hubbard and sister-in-law Suzanne Hubbard Kreit. Mike is also survived by eleven nieces and fifteen nephews.

Services will be private at the request of the family.
