Michael Campbell Sr.

Michael S. Campbell Sr., 63, of Hagerstown, Maryland, passed from this life on Friday, December 25, 2020 at his home. He was the husband of Dorothea (Elsea) Campbell.

Born on August 27, 1957, in Washington D.C., he was the son of Jonathan Villet Campbell and Margaret Joyce (Schroeder) Campbell. Michael worked for DM Bowman Inc. as a professional truck driver and driving instructor from November of 1994 until his passing.

In addition to his wife Dorothea, he is survived by his children, Michael Steven Campbell Jr. and wife Lindsey, Jonathan Charles Campbell and wife Emily, William James Campbell and wife Julie, Jackie Culpepper, JoAnna Christine Sheahin and husband Marc, Kaylynn Elizabeth Christopher and fiancé Desmond Pantaja; his grandchildren, Aeden Campbell, Jonathan J.F. Campbell, Samantha Campbell, Ainsley Campbell, Jonathan R. Campbell, Lillian Campbell, Adelyn Campbell, Desmond Pantaja III, Blake Sheahin and Avery Sheahin. He is also survived by his siblings, Jacqueline Blanche (Campbell) Askew, Jonathan Mark Campbell and Brian Bruce Campbell.

In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by his brother, William Schroeder Campbell and Michael's former wife, Anita Marie Campbell.

Interment will be private at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Frederick, Maryland.
