Melissa Nichole (Carr) Webb

Melissa Nichole (Carr) Webb, 35, of West Chester, Pennsylvania, passed away on July 31, 2023 at her home.  Born on December 8, 1987, in Gaithersburg, MD, she was the daughter of Richard William Carr, Dottie Mae (Miller) Carr and was the daughter of her 'second mom', Sherry Carr.
 
Melissa attended Gaithersburg High School and was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, and sister.  She was a very creative person in her life, was a perfectionist in many ways, and she loved flowers.  Prior to her marriage, she had been pursuing a career in dental hygiene.  
 
In addition to her husband and her parents, she is survived her two sons, Teddy Webb (age 11) and Richard Lee Webb (age 7); five siblings: Christopher and wife Melina, Stephanie, Sindy, Ian, and Mackenzi; as well as two nieces, Caralina and Ivy.  She is also survived by her grandmother, Marguerite Carr, and grandmother, Jeanett Reed.
 
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Lois Miller, grandfather, Michael Carr and grandfather, Eddie Reed.
 
The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 26, 2023 from 12:00 to 2:00 and 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick.
 
Flowers are highly encouraged to decorate the room for Melissa's celebration of life.
