Mrs. Mary Catherine Willard, 95, of Homewood, Williamsport, formerly of Rocky Ridge, MD passed away November 10, 2015. Born August 20, 1920, she was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Mary Eckenrode. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Roy Willard; sons, James and Lawrence; brother, Theodore Eckenrode; and sister, Ellen Flohr.
She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Strawsburg; grandchildren, Ronald Strawsburg, Donald Strawsburg, Donna Shoup, Brenda McComas, Gary Willard, Michael Willard, James Willard, Michelle Willard and Scott Willard; as well as numerous great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Services will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 104 E. Main Street, Thurmont, MD with Rev. Tim May officiating. Burial will be in Rocky Ridge Brethren Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday one hour prior to services.
