Mathilda Kszesinski

March 1, 1921 — October 2, 2011

Mathilda Helen ( " Tillie " ) Kszesinsk i passed away at 90 years old on Sunday , October 2 , 20 11 , in
her daughter and son-in- I aw ' s home in Bloomfield Hills , Michigan . Tillie was the beloved w i fe o f
Harry Kszesinski for 65 years. They resided in Pittsburgh , PA , but relocated to Frederick , MD ,
in 2001. After her husband ' s death in 2006 , Tillie divided her time between her two daughters '
homes in Maryland and Michigan . Mrs. Kszesinski was the daughter of Mary and Peter Slowik
and had five siblings
: Theresa , Genevieve , Gertrude , Monica , and Joseph .

Tillie and her husband were married at the start of World War I I . Their first child arr i ved while
Harry was serving our country in the European Theater
, and a second daughter was born three
years later. Family was always the most important thing in Tillie's life
. She was a full-time
homemaker and loving caregiver to family members in need
. 'Grammy' was extremely proud to
be a grandmother and a great-grandmother and always had a supply of M&M
' s ready for the
little ones.

Mrs. Kszesinski's survivors include her two daughters and their spouses : Carol Donalies and
husband Charles
, of Frederick , MD; and Linda Frey and husband Joseph, of Bloomfield Hills ,
MI . Gram is also survived by two grandchildren and their spouses : Danica Parsons and
husband Darryl
, of Frederick, MD; and Charles E . Donalies and wife Heidi Kotzian, of
Washington
, DC . Her four great - grandchildren include: William Parsons , Elly Lin Donalies , Ian
Parsons
, and IIsa Donalies .

Viewing will be at the Stauffer Funeral Home , 1621 Opossumtown P i ke , Frederick , MD , on
Friday
, October 14,2011 , from 2 - 4 and 6-9 P.M . A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated
on Saturday, October 15
, 2011 , at 10 A . M ., at St . John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church ,
118 E . Second Street , Frederick, MD , 21701, with Father Miguel Mateo officiating. Entombment
will follow in Mt
. Olivet Cemetery, Frederick, MD. Online condolences may be expressed to the
