Mary E. Cramer

Mrs. Mary E. Cramer, 93 of Frederick, MD., died Saturday, June 21, 2008 at Sunrise Assisted Living. She was the wife of the late Austin L.Cramer who died in 1995.

Born in Middletown, MD on August 4, 1914, she was the daughter of the late Mary F. (Fisher) and Edward N. Miller. Mary was retired from Hanover Shoe Company with over 30 years of service.

A member of Christ Reformed United Church of Christ, Mary loved working in her flower garden, but mostly she loved the time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include her children; Roger N. Cramer and wife Melva A. of Florida, Richard D. Cramer and wife Barbara A. of Frederick, and Austin Bernie Cramer and wife Margie of Myrtle Beach, SC; a daughter-in-law Mary Helen Bunny Cramer of Middletown; ten grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter; and a sister, Frances Willard.

She will be also remembered by her many friends at Sunrise.

Mary was preceded in death by her son, Arlington Cramer, three sisters, Naomi Miller, Eleanor Boyer and Evelyn Shatzer and a brother, Meredith Miller.

Services: The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5 until 8 PM and Wednesday from 10:30 to service time at 11:30 a.m.,at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, Md. with Pastor Kimberly Nunberg officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Frederick, MD.
