Mary Denton Lambert

Mrs. Mary Denton Lambert, 78, of Frederick died on December 30, 2009 at her home. She was the wife of the late Charles O. Lambert.
Born on August 22, 1931, in Grafton, WV., She was the daughter of the late Ernest B. and Haley Laulis Denton.
She earned her teaching degree from West Virginia University and went on to teach school in Frederick County and worked for the Frederick County Department of Social Services. She was an avid bingo player and Baltimore Orioles fan. She loved collecting teddy bears and Mickey Mouse. She was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church, Frederick.
Surviving is a son Mark Alan Lambert and wife Cym of Helendale, CA; One brother Charles Denton and wife Carolyn of Catonsville. One sister Avanelle Roberty and husband Hugo of Tampa, FL. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: The family will receive friends on Wednesday January 6, from 7-9pm at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick.
Services: Services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday January 7, at 10:00am. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick.
