Mary Catherine Graser Fox

Mrs. Mary Catherine Graser Fox "Grandma", 88 of Mt. Airy, MD., died Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at the Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late John L. Fox.
Born March 18, 1922 in Frederick County, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late John and Annie Delaughter Graser.
Mrs. Fox was the head cook at Ernie’s Italian Kitchen for 17 years. Grandma enjoyed cooking and sending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by two children Patricia Harshman and husband David and Sandy Runkles all of Mt. Airy, six grandchildren William Fox, Paul Fox, Jr., Jeff Harshman, Patricia Martinez, Leslie Harshman and Shelley Gregory, nine great grandchildren and a sister Carrie Kennedy and husband William of Frederick. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by two children Paul Fox, Sr and Wanda Fox, three brothers Harry, William, and Paul Graser and two sisters Helen Dixon and Alice Chick.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Friday, May 28, from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. where services will be held Saturday, May 29, at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Charlie Beekley officiating.
Interment will be private.
