Mary Alma Quill
January 31, 1923 — March 5, 2016
Mrs. Mary Alma S. Quill, 93 of Adamstown, MD passed away Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Buckinghams's Choice. She was the beloved wife of the late Garnder C. Quill and the devoted mother of her late daughter Alma Quill.
Born January 31, 1923 in Frederick, MD she was the daughter of the late William Osborne and Alma Gross Schade.
Mary Alma was a life-long member of All Saints Episcopal Church in Frederick where she also participated with St. Mary's Guild. In her spare time, Mary Alma, was an avid gardener.
She is survived by her sister Evelyn R. Schade and her cousin John McLuckie and his family.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Alma L. Quill.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 from 6-8PM and Wednesday, March 9 from 1-2PM where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 9 at 2PM. Rev. Elaine Prince will officiate.
