Mary Geouge
February 28, 1932 — March 19, 2017
Mary Louise Geouge, 85, of Frederick, died on March 20 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the wife to the late Joe E. Geouge. Born on February 28, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Blaine and Bertha Wilburn.
Mrs. Geouge married Joe on October 28, 1950 and they were married for 56 years until his passing in 2007. Mary worked for Woolco, Ames and Murphy's in Frederick and was a member of Brook Hill United Methodist Church in Yellow Springs.
She is survived by her sons: Joe E. Geouge and Bonnie, Frederick; Robert C. Geouge and wife Mary, Thurmont; Kevin W. Geouge and wife Angie, Adamstown; Keith Geouge and wife Carolyn of Martinsburg and Brent A. Geouge and wife Mary, Rocky Ridge as well as 10 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandchild.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 23 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Brook Hill United Methodist Church, 8946 Indian Springs Road, Frederick, MD 21702 where services will be held immediately following visitation. Interment will be in Brook Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Brook Hill United Methodist Church at the above address, specifically to the Church Kitchen.
