Mary Frances Dover

Mary Frances Dover originally from Potomac, Maryland passed away at her current residence of Buckingham Choice in Adamstown, Maryland on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at the age of 95. Born on December 23, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Tom Liles and Frona Liles.

Her late diagnosis with Parkinson's disease was a big challenge, as she always kept her faith, love of family, and beautiful sense of humor until the end.

Frances was a devoted and loving wife to Arthur J Dover for 59 years, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She had a great love for gardening, walking, reading, and spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed. 

Frances is survived by her two sons John Dover and Erin, Tom Dover and Lisa, daughter Lisa Dover Schlesinger and David as well as her grandchildren Jake Masterson, Liz Masterson, Jessy Dover, Joe Dover, Michael Schlesinger, Megan Schlesinger, Mary Dover, and Jenna Schlesinger.

The funeral will be held at St James Episcopal Church at a later date.
