Mark Edward Queen

Mr. Mark Edward Queen, 50 of Frederick, MD., died Sunday, February 22, 2009 at his home. He was the husband of Charlene Johnson Queen.

Born January 13, 1959 in Washington, D. C., he was the son of Virginia Spence Queen of Frederick and the late Francis L. Queen.

Mark loved riding his Harley, going to Chicoteague, playing his guitar and enjoyed music.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his daughter Jessica Riner and husband Richard of Charles Town, W VA, his siblings Michael F. Queen, Stephen Queen and wife Bonnie, David C. Queen and wife Jami, Robert A. Queen and fiance Dawn, Thomas D. Queen and wife Christina and Patricia A. McGrady and husband Carl and his former wife Felicia Queen. Many nieces and nephews also survive. He will also be remembered by his many friends in the area and his grand puppies Lola and Cash.

Visitation: The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Wednesday, February 25, from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m.

Services: Services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, February 26, at 1:00 p.m

Interment will be private.
