Mark Batterden

Mark L. Batterden , 63, of Littlestown, PA, formerly Baltimore and Forest Hill, MD passed from this life on Saturday, October 14, 2017, of vascular dementia. He was the husband of Roxanne L. Aubol Batterden, his wife of 38 years.
Born on September 3, 1954, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late James and Mary Berenice Brown Batterden.
He enjoyed music, animals, children and nature.
Surviving in addition to his wife are seven siblings including John Ogilvie "Jack" Batterden of Frederick and his canine children "Lucas" and "Lovie";
sisters-in-law: Pamela Eyler and Raye Lynn Shafer of Thurmont, Julie Varney of Brandenburg, KY, brothers-in-law: Dean F. Aubol, Jr. of Thurmont, Jeffrey Aubol of Sabillasville as well as numerous nieces, nephews and their families.
Services and interment will be private.
