Marie Dubel

Mrs. Marie Stinson Dubel, 68, of Gaithersburg, MD passed away Friday, December 25, 2015 at Tranquility Assisted Living. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald William.
Born June 14, 1947 in MD, she was the daughter of the late William Henry IV Stinson and Mary Louise Riggs Stinson.
Marie was a graduate of the University of MD. She was a longtime member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Laytonsville, MD, where she was very active. Marie loved kids and spent many years around them working as a Teacher's Aide and earlier in her career with Social Services. Marie also enjoyed gardening.
She is survived by her children Jeffrey Riggs Dubel and his wife Sahlah of Gaithersburg, MD and Elizabeth Dubel Jones and husband Kelly of Frederick, MD; grandson Christopher Donald Jones; siblings William Henry Stinson, V, Sally Stinson Colella and David Riggs Stinson.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 1:30PM at St. John's Episcopal Church, 3247 Olney Laytonsville Rd., Olney, MD 20882.
Interment will be private.
