Margaret V. {Maggie} Stull

Margaret V. Stull (Maggie), 83 of Walkersville, passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2008 at the Frederick Memorial Hospital.

She was the wife of the late Charles C.T. Stull, Jr.

Born May 20, 1925 in Frederick, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Margaret Yinger.
Maggie was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church, Frederick. She was a member of the church choir and loved singing hymns and tunes from the Big Band era.

She was a member of the Walkersville Senior Citizens and Homemakers and was a member of the Parkinson's Support Group, Mt. Pleasant. Maggie was an avid reader and bowled at the Walkersville Lanes for many years.

She is survived by her four children, Myra Anderson and husband Larry of Evergreen, Colorado, Mark Stull and wife Cindy of Walkersville, Sally Miller and husband Joseph of Keymar and Andrew Stull and wife Kathy Sixx of Walkersville, six grandchildren, Neil Anderson and wife Nanette of Thornton, Colorado, Grant Anderson and wife Jennifer of Frisco, Colorado, Amy Stull of Frederick, Darin Stull of Walkersville, Nicholas Miller of Washington, D.C. and Michael Miller of Baltimore, two great grandchildren, Leif Anderson and Gavin Anderson both of Colorado, a sister-in-law, Regina Yinger and her niece and nephews.

In addition to her husband she is preceded in death by a brother Robert Yinger.

Maggie's greatest achievements have been in the lives of her family and friends. She had the unique gift to recognize and appreciate others and to make them feel welcome and loved. Her kind and generous heart filled her home with love, fun, family, and friends.

She will also be dearly remembered by the staff and all of her friends at Heartfields Assisted Living.

Visitation: The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 40 Fulton Ave., Walkersville on Friday, October 17, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.

Services: Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, October 18 at 10:00AM with Rev. Robert Lehman officiating.
Interment will be in Glade Cemetery in Walkersville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Margaret S. Stauffer Fund, c/o The Community Foundation of Frederick County, 312 E. Church Street, Frederick, MD 21701.
