Mrs. Margaret Louise Harrison, 99 of Knoxville, MD passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at Reeder’s Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Leslie Barrett Harrison.
Born March 30, 1912 in Washington County she was the daughter of the late Henry James Holder and Katie Lorena Nelson.
She was a member of Sandy Hook United Methodist Church.
She enjoyed cooking and crocheting.
She is survived by her daughter, Kay Hardy and husband Ron of Keedysville, MD four grandchildren, Terri Harrison, Scott Hardy, Tammy Baker and Shelly Payne, five great grandchildren, Cody Payne, Jeremy Hardy, Zack Hardy, Mitch Baker and Kyle Baker and a sister, Virginia McPherson.
She is preceded in death by a son, Jay Harrison, a sister, Betty Grams and two brothers, Woodrow and Jim Holder.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1100 North Maple Ave., Brunswick on Friday, May 27
th
from 2-4 and 7-9PM.
Funeral services will be at the funeral home on Saturday, May 28
th
at 10:00AM with Rev. Noni Sigler officiating.
Interment will be in the Brownsville Church of the brethren Cemetery.
