Margaret Griffith

Mrs. Margaret Virginia Witmer Griffith, 84, of Keedysville, died on April 11 at Meritus Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Samuel L. Griffith. Born on October 17, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Vick Deagenhart and Mary Ellen Rohrer Witmer.
Margaret is survived by children Samuel Griffith and his wife Brenda, David Griffith and his wife Patricia, Darlene Griffith, Michael Griffith and his wife Linda and Paul Griffith; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a sister Elsie Cooper. She was predeceased by her husband and sisters Mary Martha Rohrer and Agnes Irene Rohrer.
The family will receive friends on Monday, April 17 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, April 18 at 11:00 AM at Cedar Lawn Memorial Gardens, 17636 W. Washington Street, Hagerstown.
