Margaret Fuller

November 26, 1931 — July 13, 2016

Margaret Ann Fuller, 84 of Chester, Maryland, passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at the Compass Regional Hospice in Centreville, MD. She was the wife of the late Joseph L. Fuller, Jr.

Born on November 26, 1931, she was the daughter of George B. and Irene E. Pearson

Margaret was born and raised in Upper Northwest Washington, D.C. and Glen Echo Heights.

Margaret was a lifetime member of the Glen Echo Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.

She was a homemaker and she enjoyed being home and raising her five children and helping with her grandchildren. After her kids were grown she worked for various doctors at Spring Valley Medical.

Her greatest joys of her life were cooking, spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Nothing made her happier than to have her family together and to be able to cook for them. She will be remembered for her pickles, jams and jellies in the summer, her fantastic holiday meals and her Christmas cookies.

She is survived by her five children, Deborah Malpede and husband Steve, LuAnne Venuto and husband Nick, Joseph Fuller III and wife Cindy, Martin Fuller and wife Carol and Laura Davis and husband Mark, 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She will also be remembered by her brother-in-law Thomas L. Fuller and wife Debbie and the Hardesty family.

The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00am on Monday, July 18, 2016 at Stauffer Funeral Homes, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick. Funeral services will then begin at 11:00am with Rev. Tim May officiating.

Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial  in Rockville, MD.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons and oldest great grandson, Joseph Venuto, Joseph Fuller IV, Ryan Fuller, Thomas Fuller, Bradley Davis and Alec Yassin.

Memorials contributions may be made to the Hospice of Queen Anne's County, 255 Comet Drive, Centreville, MD 21617.
